International Students: Admission Process

Apply for Admission

Please shortlist the course that you would like to pursue. You may also mail us your queries to intl.student@seamedu.com.

  1. Register yourself by clicking here on our Online Application Platform.
  2. Fill in all information correctly and accurately as required in the Online Application Platform
  3. Upload the scanned copy of the following documents:
    1. Valid Passport
    2. Marks transcripts of
      1. High school
      2. Bachelor’s Degree (if applicable)
      3. Previous VISA to India if any
  4. Make a payment of $50 (non-refundable) against STAC (Seamedu Technical Assessment and Counseling)

On completion of the above steps, you will receive a confirmation on submission of your application on the registered email ID.

Confirmation of Selection

Within 15 days of your application, you will be intimated about your selection (if selected) by email on your registered email ID. On receipt of the email, please complete the following process:

  1. Login to Seamedu Online Application Platform with your registered Username and Password.
  2. Complete the set of steps as prompted
  3. Make a payment of $160 as processing and eligibility fees and $350 as admission confirmation fee [admission confirmation fee is adjusted against total fees]
    *Both fee amounts are non-refundable

On receipt of the same, a Provisional Admission Letter will be issued for the course of your choice

Documentation For Confirmed Admission

On receipt of the Provisional Admission Letter, please complete the following process:

  1. Have all Marks Transcripts attested by the Ministry of Higher Education in your country
  2. Apply for visa at the nearest Indian mission or Indian Embassy in your country (You must take an endorsed Student Visa)
  3. Email us a copy of the attested transcripts and the visa issued

Confirmation of Admission

  1. On arrival in India, you must report to the International Students’ Cell to take admission in person
  2. Fill in and submit the Final Admission Form along with copies of the following documents:
    1. Endorsed Student Visa
    2. Medical Fitness Report / Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
    3. C-Form and House Agreement
    4. 4 Photographs
    5. Complete Payment of Fee / Receipts

Note: Please carry all your original documents for verification. All original documents will be returned to you post verification.
Additional important notes:

  • All foreign students must take the English Language Proficiency Test. Clearance of this test is a must for firm admission.
  • You need to report to the FRO for registration. Students must register within 14 days of arrival in India or they may have to pay late fees.
