News Anchoring requires lot of skills including body language, voice modulation, presence of mind and sense for news. Anchor must be uptodate in knowledge and aware of current happenings in and around the world.

A special workshop for news anchoring will focus on making you update about news production process, role of news anchor, preparation needed to anchor the bulletin, use of teleprompter in the studio, handling situations without script, doing phonos (Phone interviews)etc.
In a one day workshop, participants will learn basics about all the above things and at the end of the day, do anchoring in the Seamedu's studio equipped with the Teleprompter.
A participant will be proud to obtain DVD of his/her own anchoring of the dummy news bulletin.
Film Sound
Some tips on voice modulation, PTOC, VOXPOP, Walkthroughs, Interviews will also be given.
Participant will get an overview of functioning of the News Channel.

The workshop will cover clay animation, 3D Software (Maya) and Short Film Demonstration. Clay animation will further include student work presentation after a demonstration on creating basic clay animation (ball animation).

Likewise, within 3D Software (Maya) the students will learn to use the bouncing ball project and the basic work flow. Finally, the short film demonstration will involve aspects like idea development, story boarding, modelling, animation, 3 D production and most importantly, the character set up.

If you are a piano/keyboard player and are looking to develop your skills
in ensemble playing, improvisation, performance, chord theory, then this Piano/Keyboard Workshop is for you. The program will feature a wide range of techniques and styles, from jazz and classical to Pop music.
Apart from just playing there are many annoying things that can happen to musicians coping with computers. Difficult MIDI settings, lack of sync, various incompatibilities between systems and sounds, and many other things make life difficult, cost valuable time and, most important, prevent the musician from making really good music. This workshop is a small contribution to those who have troubles with keyboards, digital pianos and piano sounds.

Playing techniques, Genre styles, Chord recognition, Legato playing, Glossary of Musical Terms
Music Production
Playing piano midi files through their computer(how can we make our piano midi files sound good?), Importing MIDI song. Track recording using MIDI Keyboard, Audio effects (stereo delay, chorus, re-verb , EQ)
This workshop will be conducted by Mr Francis Pereira who also heads Trinity Music Academy.
Trinity Music Academy is a joint venture of Francis and Jonita Pereira. They have been training students to make Music since 2003. They help prepare the students for the Practical/Theory Certificate Grade Examinations conducted by Trinity Guildhall College, London, UK. They teach the Guitar, Electronic Keyboard, Piano, Drum Kit and Violin. The Academy has a choir constituting of all the students who love singing. Time: 4:00pm - 7:00pm
