Students from any academic background can apply. No prior filmmaking experience is required. The program is designed to start from foundational concepts and progressively build creative and technical skills for beginners and aspiring filmmakers alike.
The program follows a practice-intensive learning approach, with students working on short films, documentaries, studio exercises, and major film projects across multiple years. Hands-on production is integrated throughout the curriculum to ensure strong real-world readiness.
Students train on industry-standard filmmaking tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Shot Lister, and Final Draft, gaining exposure to professional workflows in editing, color grading, planning, and screenwriting.
Students have access to professional cameras, lighting equipment, sound gear, studios, and dedicated editing labs. Equipment and facilities can be booked during official college hours, enabling consistent practice beyond scheduled classes.
Graduates can pursue careers across film, television, OTT platforms, advertising, and digital media in roles such as Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Screenwriter, Assistant Director, Production Executive, or Content Creator. The program also prepares students for independent filmmaking and further academic study.
