Dr. Sushant Patil has over 20+ years of experience in the education industry and is a passionate entrepreneur. He has supported numerous start-ups across various sectors and is the Founder President of the Dr. D. Y. Patil Educational Federation in Varale, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. Additionally, Dr. Patil serves as an advisor to Ajeenkya D. Y. Patil University. Currently, he is also managing SEAS, headquartered in Pune, India, alongside his other ventures.

Anuja Patil has a rich background in educational administration and a deep commitment to community service. She serves as the Secretary of the Dr. DY Patil Knowledge Foundation, an institution dedicated to advancing educational excellence and fostering innovation in various fields of study. Her leadership style is characterized by inclusiveness, collaboration, and a relentless focus on excellence, making her an invaluable asset.

Ajay has an experience of over 24+ years across various organizations including 2 years of entrepreneurial experience mainly involved in Business Development, Client Servicing, and Operations. He has spent most of his career so far in premier education and training organizations in roles ranging from trainer to establishing and managing them. In SEAS, he spearheads the process of business development, setting up of strategic alliances, tie-ups with global educational organizations, and placements.

Dilip Achtani started his career as a DJ when he was 19 and moved on to work in Bollywood as a sound engineer. Dilip wanted to make a difference in the way Sound Engineering was taught in India. In 2009 he joined Seamedu and started the Sound Engineering programs that have helped hundreds of students kickstart their careers. Dilip currently heads Seamedu and with the help of industry and academic partners deliver graduate, undergraduate and diploma programs in various parts of India.

Rohan Pawar, CFO of Seamedu, is a strategic financial leader driving growth and innovation. With expertise in financial planning and management, he ensures Seamedu’s strong financial foundation and operational excellence.

Prabhat has handful experience of handling Operations and Business Development with a demonstrated history of working in the education sector and media production industry. Skilled in Liasoning, alliances, Customer Relationship Management, Event Management, Team Building, Administration, and Market Research, Prabhat is well connected with many top-notch universities across the country. Prabhat’s entrepreneurial skill gives an extra edge to his ability to understand the business processes and their implementation challenges. Prabhat has over 13 years of experience in operations management and corporate administration. At Seamedu, Prabhat is leading the Administration and Operation department.

Varsha comes with a strong background in the field of Educational Counselling & Business Development. Throughout her career of 13 years+ she has been associated with many leading colleges and institutes as a counsellor like ISB&M, Pune, helping students to fulfil their dreams through. Her passion in counselling & familiarity with the education sector has made her a stellar in the field. For last 10 years she is associated with Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism.

Dr. Asheesh Dixit is a visionary leader with 34 years of experience across global IT, academia, research, and entrepreneurship. An alumnus of BITS Pilani and ISB Hyderabad, he specializes in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Cybersecurity. A certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he blends technical expertise with strategic insight to drive digital transformation and innovation. Renowned for his contributions to industry and academia, Dr. Dixit is dedicated to shaping the future of technology and education.

Kingshuk Bhadury is the Founder of LearningKosh and a seasoned Corporate Trainer with 24 years of experience in Training & Management across Airlines, Hospitality, and Consumer Electronics industries. He has held leadership roles, including Corporate Head – Training & Development at Videocon International and Training Head for Radisson Hotels & Claridges, New Delhi. A consulting professor at premier institutions like IIM-A, SCMHRD, and SIBM, he specializes in HR Interventions and Management Consulting. His contributions have been recognized by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and he is an honorary member of the UK-based HCIMA.

Abid Shaikh is a stalwart in the animation industry with a career spanning over 12 years. During this time, he has donned many caps, including that of an animation artist, rigging artist, and even a role where he helped educate production staff. Abid’s work capabilities include Maya, Motion Builder, Vicon, and Production Manager. Abid has two 3D movies (Chandarani …A Dream to Reality and Sonam …Aur Saath Ajube) under his belt as a technical lead and project manager. Over time, he also amassed a prowess for game programming and development and applied his history with 3D in these facets of video game creation. His diversity and longevity in the industry make him the perfect man to assume the mantle of the Game Art, Design, and Development department.

Mandar Patil is a Bachelor in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Masters in Mass Media - Sound Engineering, and possesses over 8 years of experience in various facets of audio. Mandar’s range of skills includes mixing and mastering, live sound, location sound, post-production and studio construction. Mandar has also been a part of the audio-visual industry for two years with Nav Jagruti Multimedia and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

With over a decade spent in the field of pro-audio, Johnston has collected vast amounts of knowledge and experience both as a touring and a studio engineer. Some of his noted work can be seen on Vir Das' comedy specials like 'Abroad Understanding', 'Jestination Unknown' and 'For India'. He is also the Live Engineer for Vir Das' band 'Alien Chutney', Neeti Mohan and Shalmali Kholgade. Johnston has also worked with various Bollywood artists, including Hardy Sandhu, Monali Thakur, Amit Mishra, Maati Baani, Mame Khan and Kabir Cafe etc. Johnston also works as a studio engineer and has recorded and mixed several indie musicians like Raman Iyer, Atkan Mathan, Hour Glass Inversion, Clynton Fernandes, etc. He has also been a consultant engineer at multiple studios around Pune.

Dr. Sukhada Khandge - PhD Inter-Disciplinary Folk Media | University of Mumbai. She is a passionate journalist, researcher and academician. She is currently managing the Management department and Communication Studies Department at Seamedu with her strong managerial skills. While practicing journalism since 2008, she has worked with various national dailies likes Pune Mirror, DNA, Free Press Journalism, Sakaal Times. In her journalistic career. She entered into academic field and competed her Ph.D. at Mumbai University’s Performing Arts Department. She is a recipient of the National Research Junior Fellowship from the Government of India's Ministry of Culture "Centre for Cultural Research and Training (CCRT). She has been associated as faculty with various institutes like MIT-WPU, MIT-ADT, Pillai College, Panvel, Hinduja College, Mumbai, Khalsa College, Mumbai. Sukhada has also completed Film Appreciation Course from the reputed Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. She was also a part of the research team for ZeeQ’s Documentary ‘Satrangi’ based on Folk Arts. As a part of research, she has also presented research papers in various national and international conferences. She has also conducted Guest Sessions, workshops and talks at various educational institutes like the National School of Drama, New Delhi, DPU, Pune, K.C. College, Mumbai among others.

Rahul has more than ten years of experience in Digital Media & Advertising as a Visual Effects Artist, Professional Educator and also in handling department. He has been teaching various Graphic & Visual effects software and working on them to create designs and VFX work. He has specialized in Matchmove, Dynamics and Compositing and is also an Unreal Authorized instructor. In addition, he has done PGDM in Media and advertising. He likes exploring places, listening to music, being a movie buff and occasionally reading books. In his own words, he is 'interested more in the tech world and wants to be updated with the times in all ways'.

Tanmay Datta has over 5 years of experience in the 3D Animation & VFX industry. He graduated from George Brown College, Toronto, in Game development, specializing in Character Animation. He started his career as a stereo artist at Legend 3D, worked up as a compositing artist, and has had the pleasure to work as a VFX artist in the same company, working for big-name movies such as Avengers, Thor, Passengers, X-men Apocalypse. Tanmay has a collective experience of 2 years and 6 months as an Animation & VFX artist, after which he shifted to tutoring and mentoring students in the respected field. He also has 3 years of experience in Teaching 3D Animation and VFX. Tanmay is passionate about Animation and Teaching.

Nikhil Bejai (aka kneekillbee) is a singer, music producer and educator with a strong passion for sharing knowledge in areas of music making and technology. His music has been featured by the likes of Rolling Stone India and TheVibe. He is also an Ableton Certified Trainer. His musical voyage has seen him take on multiple roles, including rock band frontman, singer-songwriter, sound recordist, short and feature film composer, and commercial producer for brands like Myntra and Olacabs. His music draws influences from varied genres like synthpop, electronica, metal, alt-rock and cinematic scores.

Mohanish Deshmukh started his journey in music production back in 2006 and has since acquired a diploma and various certifications in India and in Europe. He has produced music for a number of artists, production houses and record labels at his studio, "AudioHack Studios" and played live shows across the country and abroad as a live musician. He is also endorsed to the guitar company 'Etherial Guitars' based out Australia and plays for a Pune based band "Dark Helm.

Jay Prakash is a skilled 3D modeling and texturing artist with over nine years of experience. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The BD College, Jharkhand, he specializes in 3D modeling, texturing, and Photoshop. Jay started his career in 2014 at Think 3D, contributing to the creation of a life-size statue of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at the AMTZ Campus in Vizag. Later, he became a 3D lecturer at ICAT College, where his passion for teaching flourished. Jay continues to influence both the industry and students with his expertise.

Sunil Kumar K is a Filmmaker and a researcher. He completed his Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism from Yogi Vemana University, Andhra Pradesh and B.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Andhra Pradesh. Currently he is pursuing his PhD in media studies from Jain University Bangalore. In 2021 he qualified the Andhra Pradesh state eligibility test(APSET). He is PG Gold medalist. He has 9 years of experience in Filmmaking and worked as an assistant and associate director for some films like oru modhul oru kadhal, adu magadu ra buji, lakshmi devi samarpinchunede chudandi, etc. He directed a film in Kannada under Simplijith productions.

Dr. Wajahatullah has more than eleven years of job experience as a faculty. He has worked on 15+ projects. He has been teaching various coding subjects, including C & C#. His areas of interest include artificial intelligence, software coding technologies C, C++, C#, Python, and the Unity gaming engine. In addition, he also holds a Master’s Degree and PhD degree from SGBAU University. He is enthusiastic about gaming and game development. He is a gaming aficionado who prefers to play role-playing, action, adventure, first-person shooter, racing games and board games. He is also an audiophile and loves to read about cutting edge technologies.

Aditya Havile is passionate content creator working in the field of journalism and filmmaking, Since 2012 actively worked in theatre , film production along with various visual media. He has worked as an assistant director for Disney Hotstar, MX Player, Jio Studios as well as casting associate for platforms such as Colors Marathi, Zee Yuva. He has worked with Marathi newspapers such as "Sakal" and "Lokmat". One of his work was honoured with national award entitled as "Dhappa" (Marathi movie) where he was designated as production Associate. For past two and half year he is working in academics in Rayat Shikshan Sanstha under video production branch. Maharashtra Government has awarded Aditya with title as "Yuva prerana Award" for highest number of street plays on social aspect in 2018.

Roger Walker comes to Seamedu with his experience working with different International brands in the audio industry. Worked on major projects for a performing arts theatre in Dubai, bringing his creativity to life on stage; then moved to Singapore as the Creative Manager handling live sound and post-production for local and international bands performing for Montreux Jazz Festivals - Switzerland. Ever since 2019, he has also been lecturing students. He brings his knowledge of the industry to every classroom and strives to improve his skills. As an audio engineer, he actively records for local artists and bands.

Aashay Gatade is a film editor with over 10 years of professional experience. He has worked on feature films, short films, web series, TVCs etc. These include commercial success as well as critical acclaim. Also he has been teaching film making for more than 3 years.

Prasad Pawar is an accomplished educator and former UPSC aspirant who is dedicated to fostering the young minds. With over three years of experience in the field of education and a UGC NET certification, Prasad has established himself as a knowledgeable and passionate media educator. In his stint as an educator, Prasad has worked with Ranade Institute, Pune and is also engaged with Ramnarian Ruia College as a Board of Studies member. Prasad's background in strategic thinking and international affairs has given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the world today. He is known for his engaging teaching style and his ability to make complex concepts accessible to his students. He is passionate about his work and takes great pride in the achievements of his students.

Pinak Agte started his journey as a Keyboardist in 2000 and he has been part of many music shows including a concept show ‘Rahmania’ which is based on the life and philosophy of music maestro A.R.Rahman. He is an alumni of Film and Television Institute of India, Pune and have recorded, designed sound for many Films, Documentaries, Advertisements and Web Series. He has industry experience of 12 years. Apart from this, he has completed 4 Grades in Western Classical Music from Trinity College of Music, London.

Dr. Deepak Kumar has a blend of industry and academics experience of more than 17 years. He has been teaching in Mass communication and Journalism department of various colleges and University for the last 11 years. He also worked in Television Industry in Production and Post Production work for 6 years. He has accomplished his Doctoral Program in Journalism and Mass Communication and done Masters in Mass Communication. His core subjects are Electronic Media (Radio, TV and Film) Production. He has produced many short films and Documentaries. He has a Good Command over various aspects of Video Production i.e. Camera Handling, Lighting and Video Editing. Being a professional video editor he has in-depth knowledge of various Video Editing Software as well as many other software used in designing and production. Apart from his academic and professional excellence he possesses quality of a good Photographer and Poet too. He Has many research paper publications and penned down two poetry books.

Game Development is a dynamic and thrilling field. After 1.5 years of Developing games and monetizing them as well, I had previous experience at Electronic Arts as a software engineer and designing game mechanisms throughout the development process. Together, let's embark on an exhilarating journey in game development.

Nikhila joined Seamedu as a faculty member in July 2023. With a strong background in Journalism and Mass Media Communication, she holds a BMM in Journalism, a PGDJ in New Media Journalism, an MA in English, and an MA in Communication and Journalism. Nikhila is passionate about AI, Mass Communication, and Journalism.

Bhuvanesh is a dedicated storyteller by passion and a committed educator by curiosity. This unique combination motivates him to constantly seek learning opportunities and share his knowledge. With expertise in Traditional Animation and Animation Cinema, He continues to experiment with various mediums for creating animation. His keen interest lies in anything in movement, allowing him to understand the cause and effect of the same to effectively tell the story.

With over 5 years spent in the field of pro-audio, Dev has collected vast amounts of knowledge and experience from all the media field specially as a touring and a studio engineer and equipment managements. He has a diploma in Sound Engineering and also play bass guitar with several artists since last 7 years.

Jyotisubhra Majumder Mondal (aka MANALI) is having a solid foundation in Animation built during B.Sc. degree in Animation & VR as well as while pursuing M.Sc. in Animation from Jain Deemed-to-be University. She possesses a comprehensive skillset gained by years of hands-on experience in this field specializing in Animation. From modeling characters in Maya and crafting in Zbrush to breathing life into stories through Photoshop, After Effects and in Maya; she is equally adapted at 2D and 3D animation. Her artistic expression extends beyond the digital realm, where she wields brush for expressive sketching and transformative digital and Matte painting. In addition, being a Voiceover artist, she has experience to bring the vision to life, with both visuals and voice...She likes traveling, exploring different cuisines, listening music's and audiobooks.

Dr. Mohmad Altaf Tali originating from Srinagar, possesses a distinguished Ph.D., reflecting more than twelve years of exceptional academic prowess and an extra two years of practical industrial involvement. His doctorate in management underscores his deep-seated expertise and skill set, especially in the domains of Media and Entertainment, Marketing, and various other disciplines.

Parth Ghatge, a highly experienced VFX artist with over 15 years in the industry, boasting a substantial portfolio of A-list Hollywood projects. Beginning as a trainee roto artist, Parth has ascended through various roles, including artist, lead, supervisor, and production head and business owner. Currently he works as the VFX Head at Toolbox Studios. His expertise and leadership have significantly contributed to the success of numerous high-profile projects.

Preeti Gupta is an accomplished academician, serving as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of BCA at Seamedu. With over 11 years of experience in a prestigious NAAC university, she specializes in Computer Science and Engineering and holds an M.Tech in the field. Her expertise is recognized through two Best Paper Awards for her research on social media privacy concerns and handoff prediction algorithms in wireless networks, presented at the 4th ICCS Feynman-100 at LPU. Preeti continues to contribute significantly to academia and research.

Gopal Singh brings over 11 years of academic experience, primarily within NAAC A+ accredited institutions and college campuses. With a master's degree in mass communication & journalism, he has played a key role in aligning institutional goals with industry needs, helping students secure placements at top companies like Ubisoft and Lakshya Digital. Gopal’s expertise spans VFX, Game Art pipeline, and Architecture Visualization, along with extensive knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes. Pramod Saha is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse skill set spanning photography, filmmaking, academia, and project leadership. Currently posted as a Senior Faculty in Visual Communication department at Seamedu Gurgaon (The NorthCap University), Pramod brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With a master's degree in journalism and mass communication, Pramod has amassed over 6 years of experience, excelling in both industry and academia. His contributions to the field are multifaceted. As an international award-winning photographer, Creative Producer, and professional filmmaker, Pramod's creative talents have earned him recognition on a global scale. His work not only showcases his artistic prowess but also reflects his dedication to storytelling and visual communication. In academia, Pramod has made significant contributions as part of the School of Communication department at a prestigious university. Through his role, he has had the opportunity to impart knowledge and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students, shaping the next generation of communication professionals. Ganesh Sirsat is a passionate advocate for Data Science education with specializing in subjects like C, C++, Java, Python, HTML & CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Swati holds dual Master's degrees in computer science and computer applications, complemented by over seven years of dedicated teaching experience.

Shamik Mukherjee is a passionate Sound Designer and Mixing Engineer and brings over 7 years of on-field experience in Film and Television audio production to SeamEdu. He holds a Post Graduate Sound Recording and Design Diploma from Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute. Shamik’s career spans roles as a Production Sound Mixer and Sound Designer for various AV formats and successful releases like "T.V.F Pitchers" and Prime Video's "Farzi". Passionate about music, he has been a guitarist and songwriter for over 17 years, performing as a session and live musician. He also enjoys exploring art house cinema and staying updated with the latest technological advancements in Audio. Shamik aims to enrich the students and his peers at SeamEdu, while also being a keen learner and promoting growth in his surroundings and within himself as an Educator and Mentor.

Joyona Medhi is a media professional and academic with a passion for storytelling and critical analysis. Holding a Master’s in Audio-Visual Communication, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. exploring representation, censorship, and power dynamics in Indian visual culture. Her experience includes working as an Assistant Director for The Borderlands and serving as an Academic Associate at IIMC. She has contributed critical writings to platforms like Burn Magazine and Firstpost. As an Assistant Professor at Seamedu since July 2024, she is committed to fostering creativity and critical thinking in media education.

Aarati brings over 3.5 years of professional experience, with 2.5 years dedicated to teaching as a Programming Faculty and 1 year as a DevOps Engineer. Rohidas Shelke is a commerce graduate with a diploma in Taxation Law, bringing over 15 years of expertise in finance and seven years in human resources. His specialization includes taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory adherence, ensuring smooth organizational operations. Prachi Girme is an accomplished HR Executive with over four years of professional experience and an MBA in Human Resources.
