Placement Updates for the Month of July 2023

The Placement Team has been tirelessly working towards enhancing the employability skills of our students, especially those in their 5th semester, to ensure they are well-equipped for future career opportunities. July witnessed an array of initiatives focused on developing crucial soft skills, tailored to each specialization.

Specialization-wise Soft Skills Classes:

Recognizing the unique demands of various fields, our Placement Team conducted specialized soft skills classes to cater to the diverse needs of students from different disciplines. These classes were meticulously designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the dynamic requirements of the professional world.

1. Engaging Resume Writing Workshops:

Placement team  led comprehensive resume writing workshops, guiding students through the art of crafting a compelling resume that stands out in a competitive job market. The sessions delved into the nuances of highlighting academic achievements, internships, and extracurricular activities to create a well-rounded professional profile.

2. Interview Preparation Sessions:

Preparing for interviews can be a daunting task, but our students faced it head-on with the support of the placement team. Specialized interview preparation sessions equipped them with the necessary skills to confidently navigate any interview scenario, from behavioural questions to industry-specific queries.

3. Personality Development Modules:

Understanding the importance of a well-rounded personality, we introduced personality development modules aimed at enhancing communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and overall confidence.
