It becomes a choice; one you are willing to make. It is difficult to find motivation in a professional life devoid of passion, and it is the exact opposite when you love what you do. This results in a better work attitude,  a more prosperous, more vibrant professional life, and even a happier personal life.Passion is what is driving the gaming industry in India. More and more of India’s youth is following their passion and actively pursuing a career in the activity that has entertained and enthralled them the most in their youth – gaming.

Pune Comic Con

What is Comic-Con?Comic-Con is the biggest and most famous convention for fans of comic books, movies, video games, anime, manga, and possibly everything geek! The convention has it’s roots in comic books, but it’s come to stand for “geek” culture as a whole, and today we’ve annual Comic-Cons that take place all around the world!I was surprised when I heard this year's con would be held at the Pune Comic-con. I’ve always wanted to see a comic convention and this got me super excited because it was being held in my own city. There have been comic cons in different cities throughout India but never in Pune so, I loved that fact a lot.Comic-cons have gained popularity in the last 10 years mainly because of the rise of “pop” or popular culture. With more people being exposed to all different forms of media content, the demand for groups about that content also rises. Television shows such as House, Big Bang Theory, Sherlock, etc., are all the hype now. These shows have a vast fan following, forming the basis of popular culture. Enthusiasts of particular content probably attended the first Comic-cons, and since being a “geek” was frowned upon back then, they weren’t that popular, and the mainstream press would also look the other way. Now, pop culture is the new normal. Television shows, movies, and comics heavily influence people. Quoting their favourite character, instances of the shows, or the themes in the shows all appeal heavily to the general public. Nowadays, if a guy doesn’t know about Game of Thrones, others will probably think there’s something wrong with him.

Visual Effects Course

Today, movies like Iron Man, Baahubali, X Men, etc. which utilize an extensive amount of special effects in the form of CGI, animation and the like are all the hype. CGI has enabled artists to visually recreate objects that are practically impossible for humans to do; even if some are, they would require an immense load of resources and time. If you're interested in learning how these incredible effects are created, enrolling in vfx courses can provide the foundational knowledge and skills needed to excel in this field. Before the rise of CGI, hallmark movies often had to create everything by hand. Everything needed to be created from scratch, from humongous sets to epic costumes. Now, the workload has shifted to possibly a small team of people using only their computers. This change has lead to a rise of VFX artists and to supplement it, numerous institutions have started providing VFX courses as a career option! Let’s start with the most important question firstSo what is Visual Effects or VFXVisual effects are more popularly known as VFX, is the combination of Live action with Animation like we see in movies like AVENGERS. VFX is used in films when the story involves fantasy elements like space & robots, imaginary characters or situations which is not found in the real world. For example the heaven scenes in a movie like THOR. So Animation effects combined with real live footage of actors in such a fashion that it begins to look real. But come on we all know that THOR doesn’t exist in real life .
